  • You will receive 4 workouts that you can do every week at home or the gym, all you need is a pair of dumbbells.
  • There are video instructions that will walk you through each exercise every step of the way.
  • The first 5 minutes we warm up by practicing the 4 exercises we will be doing that day.
  • Then we do as many rounds of the 4 exercises as we can within 30 minutes with the dumbbells.
  • Finally, we spend the last 5 minutes stretching to cool down.
  • Using proper form is important when weight training but it shouldn’t intimidate you. It’s easier than you think!
  • If you’re worried about your form, you can record your #4x40program workouts to my Facebook Page or tag me in your Instagram videos so I can help you correct your form.
